Elite Robots Introducing the CS620 20kg Payload Cobot at EASTEC Tradeshow in the US
Elite Robots Unveils the Game-Changing CS620 Cobot, The Ultimate Solution for medium-to-high payload tasks, at the 2023 edition of EASTEC, Massachusetts, on May 16-18 (building 1, booth 1648).
CS620 is the latest addition to the CS series, Elite Robots’ next generation of collaborative robots. Released in 2022, this cutting-edge cobot range has joined the EC series and stands out for its remarkable ease of use, safety, and expandability.
The CS series is based on an advanced software infrastructure, with an intuitive and modular graphical user interface that supports the Python scripting language and self-developed plug-ins, offering a high level of customization for programmers. With 24 digital I/O (8 configurable) and 4 configurable tool I/O, and extensive connectivity options, it provides the highest expandability, while safety is ensured by compliance with ISO 10218-1 and ISO 13849-1 standards.
The CS series currently includes models with payloads of 3, 6, and 12 kg, and CS620 further expands its already wide range of applications.

Elite Robots CS620 lifts a 20 kg weight-block during an in-house test at the company’s plant.
This cutting-edge robotic arm boasts a 20 kg payload (44 lb.), an industry-leading 1800 mm (4.9 ft) radius, and a first-of-its-kind 5A output source empowered by a 4-pin tool I/O (in addition to the standard 8-pin tool I/O) which ensures enough power to handle even the most demanding tasks. Combined with an industry-leading speed of up to 3.9 m/s (that exceeds counterparts by up to 35%), CS620 is perfect for quickly and effectively performing medium-to-high payload applications such as palletizing and welding and meets the needs left unfulfilled by industrial robots.
The smooth handling of welding processes is also ensured by the CS620’s high trajectory repeatability and wide reach, which allows large components to be welded without using an external axis.
Like all other models in the CS series, the CS620 robotic arm features an IP65 degree of protection, upgradeable to IP68, which makes the cobot able to withstand dust, dirt, and water, and an ISO class 5 cleanrooms, which makes it suitable for a wide range of industries, from the harshest metal-manufacturing environments to the ones requiring a very high level of hygiene like the pharmaceutical.
CS625 features a sturdy robotic arm with standard IP65 protection upgradable to IP68, to withstand dust, dirt, and water.
