Advanced Software Interface

The CS Series features an intuitive graphical interface (UI) for user-friendly programming. The highly flexible Software Development Kit (SDK) supports custom plugins, for maximum expandability and customization. The embedded simulation platform and palletizing wizard ensure efficient task planning and execution. The cobot can be programmed and controlled both on-site and remotely.

IP65/IP68 Protection Rating

With a standard IP65 protection rating, upgradeable to IP68, and an ISO-5 Cleanroom certification, the CS series cobot is designed to operate smoothly in harsh environments and comply with the high levels of hygiene required by pharmaceutical and laboratory settings. Its operating temperature ranges from -10° to 50°C, ensuring reliable performance across diverse conditions. These and other solid features make the Cobot Superior series a standard setter in robotics.

The IP68 protection rating makes the CS series immune to water jets and immersion up to 1 meter.

Standard full-touch ERP400 teach pendant (301 x 232 x 54mm size, 1.7kg weight)

Optional ERP400S teach pendant (301 x 232 x 105mm size, 1.8kg weight) for all payloads of CS cobots with 3-mode enable key, jogging and function keys.

The rear 3-mode enable key (commonly referred to as the "dead man's key") provides enhanced safety.

IP54-rated teach pendant containing Elite Robots proprietary software, with a 12.1" full-touch screen for convenient on-site operations. Optional version with 3-modes enable key for enhanced safety.

Highly Expandable Controller

The Standard AC controller features 24 DI/24 DO (8 configurable) and 4 high-speed digital inputs for versatile connectivity options. It supports Ethernet/IP and Profinet slave, with a Modbus TCP/RTU interface for seamless integration with third-party equipment. An optional OEM AC/DC controller is available for integrators, OEM partners, and users who want to create custom designs tailored to their needs. This flexibility ensures compatibility and scalability across various automation applications.
