Elite Robots is coming back strong to Automatica 2023 with new top-of-the-line Cobots and Strategic Partners

The leading trade fair for smart automation and robotics returns to Munich on June 27-30 to bring together the latest developments in industrial automation.

Elite Robots will attend the event for the second year in a row, presenting a range of cutting-edge end-to-end solutions developed in collaboration with its local partners at HALL B4 – Booth 311.

The spotlight will undoubtedly be on the new top-of-the-line products launched by Elite Robots in 2023: EC64-19 and CS620.

Making its European debut at Automatica, the CS620 is poised to impress the public.

Elite Robots CS620 lifts a 20 kg weight-block during an in-house test at the company’s plant.

Its 20 kg payload, an industry-leading 1800 mm radius, a unique 5A output source, and a stunning MAX TCP speed of 3.9 m/s (up to 35% faster than counterparts) make the latest addition to the CS series cobot lineup the perfect choice for efficiently performing medium to high payload applications such as palletizing and welding.

Like all other models in the CS series, the CS620 robotic arm features an IP65 degree of protection, upgradeable to IP68, which makes the cobot able to withstand dust, dirt, and water, and an ISO class 5 cleanrooms, which makes it suitable for a wide range of industries, from the harshest metal-manufacturing environments to the ones requiring a very high level of hygiene like the pharmaceutical.

The features of the new top-of-the-line EC series of collaborative robots from Elite Robots, primarily its leading reach of 1900mm, match perfectly with the unmatched scanning capabilities of Shining3D’s FreeScan device to create the ultimate solution for quality control of large parts.

With a stunning reach of up to 1900mm, the EC64-19 robot ensures that no part is too big to be inspected flawlessly.

Seamlessly attached to the EC64-19 robot, Shining3D’s FreeScan device can capture every intricate detail thanks to its unmatched scanning capabilities. Equipped with lightning-fast FPS and unrivaled accuracy, it effortlessly generates detailed point clouds even for the largest components.

There will also be room for two CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) solutions with Mantis Mini and the surface treatment station developed by Elite Robots in collaboration with French software company Go2Cam.

Mantis Mini is the result of a collaboration between MQS AG, Eleven Dynamics GmbH, and Elite Robots. This cutting-edge automated solution integrates the precision-engineered CS66 Cobot from Elite Robots, and the Simscan from Scantech 3D, boasting an accuracy up to 0.015mm.

At its core lies the innovative NEXOS AIR Software, delivering fully automated measurement and evaluation. Rapid, adaptable, and intuitive, NEXOS AIR stands as the lifeblood of the Mantis Mini, setting the gold standard in metrology automation. This synergy births the next generation of measuring arms, paving the way for unprecedented levels of efficiency, precision, and scalability in industrial automation.

Designed for grinding, deburring and polishing applications is the CAM-integrated offline programming solution developed by Go2CAM with the Elite Robots cobot arm, recommended for different industrial sectors including automotive parts, home appliances, chemical and dental industry.

Driven by the GO2CAM software, the CS66 collaborative robot delivers precise and consistent performance thanks to its ±0.03 mm accuracy. The GO2CAM software imports 3D models and automatically generates offline trajectory paths, ensuring uniform results in the treatment of the workpiece surface. Users can quickly reprogram the robot tasks according to the different parts to treat, considerably reducing the redeployment time.

Last but not least, an exceptional “artist” will also be present, with Elite Robots’ CS63 model ready to unleash his creativity by drawing any image you want, from a photo portrait to an anime!
