Our R&D center in Suzhou is a hub of creativity, innovation, and technical expertise, bringing projects from concept to production. With a current production of over 10,000 cobots annually, we leverage the full potential of collaborative robotics to deliver lightweight and flexible robots for a variety of applications, including assembly, machine loading/unloading, material handling, order picking, stacking, grinding, and polishing. Since 2020, our cobots have been available in Europe, and we are now looking to expand our European operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet business objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, introducing them to local robot distributors.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans to meet annual targets.
- Implement countermeasures to ensure alignment with budget if goals are unmet.
- Manage the sales funnel, forecast sales, and ensure execution of action plans.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and ensure a robust sales pipeline with distributors.
- Participate in joint visits with distributor sales teams to meet with end-users and integrators.
- Represent ELITE ROBOTS at trade shows and industry events.
- Stay informed on competitive products and market activities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in business economics, industrial engineering, robotics, or automation, or equivalent vocational training with relevant work experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, ideally working with distributors.
- Previous experience in industrial automation, technical sales, or project-based solution selling.
- Strong understanding of value propositions for end-users.
- Business acumen to engage with decision-makers across all levels, from senior management to technical support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German and/or Italian (French and Spanish is a plus)
